Boards that refresh in the background
Audit changes arrive every five minutes, devices and policies every hour, while Kairavo runs. Show any tile as a number, gauge, trend or table, compare with an earlier date, or put the board on a wallboard.
Build KPI dashboards that refresh in the background on your own computer, with audit changes every five minutes and devices and policies every hour. Run PowerShell automations without leaving the app, and export ready reports to CSV, HTML or PDF.
Dashboards to see the fleet, automations to act on it and reports to hand over. They share the same data, so a finding in one is a click away in the others.

Pick a task, fill in a short form and run a ready-made IntuneAutomation script from your computer. Read the script first and save your own versions.
Filter, choose columns and group the results, then export to CSV, HTML or PDF, or pin the report to a dashboard.
Each report answers one question with a chart and a table. Save your own variations, or start a custom report from scratch.
Change history, assignments and alerts sit behind the dashboards, so the next question is already answered.
See who changed what, when, and what it was before, with a link to the matching page in the Intune portal.
See what applies to a user, device or group, and why, before someone asks in the ticket.
Monitoring never changes policies, assignments, groups or devices. Automations that write need your opt-in and confirm every run.
Install it on Windows or macOS and connect your tenant. Collection runs on your computer, so there is no server to host and no database to run yourself.
Open alerts show what raised them, delivered to Teams, Slack, email or a webhook.
A single-tenant registration in your own tenant, with read scopes you consent to. No vendor app registration.
The app calls Microsoft Graph from your machine, with no Kairavo server in between. No account and no telemetry.
Tenant history stays on your computer to keep and export. License checks send your license key, IDs and a sign-in token, never tenant data.
Kairavo is in private preview. Join the list with your work email and confirm it from the email we send. When the preview opens, everyone on the list gets an email with the download link and the setup steps.
The desktop app collects audit changes every five minutes and devices and policies every hour, while Kairavo is open or running in the tray. Nothing runs while your computer sleeps, and it collects right away when it wakes. Every dashboard shows when it was last updated, so you always know what you are looking at.
Monitoring only reads your tenant. Automations you run yourself can change it, but only after you allow them on the Automation page and grant the extra permissions on your own app registration, and every such run asks for your confirmation first.
A single-tenant app registration you create in your own tenant, and an admin who can grant consent for the delegated read permissions listed in the setup guide. You do not create a Kairavo account, and you never consent to a third-party vendor app registration in your tenant.
Your fleet data stays on your computer: the app calls Microsoft Graph directly, never through a Kairavo server, and Kairavo has no telemetry. Besides Microsoft sign-in and Microsoft Graph, this is what goes out: license checks to kairavo.com with your license key, a random installation ID, your tenant ID, the operating system and app version, plus your app registration’s client ID and a Microsoft sign-in token to find a license shared with your tenant. Update checks go to GitHub with no tenant data. The PowerShell Gallery is contacted only when you install the module automations need. Alerts and any other integration go only to the channels you set up yourself, such as Teams, Slack, email or a webhook, directly from your computer.
